After being in the financial services industry for 25 years, we realised that finance is still a highly underpenetrated market in India. There is still an untapped portion of the Indian Market that does not have access to financial products whereas in the Metropolitan Cities, restrictions come in the form of resources and location. Therefore, there is an immediate requirement to improve access to financial services across the country.
As a solution, various companies have their sales representatives sell their financial products to customers. However, more often than not, these representatives are equipped with selling just one service to the customer. This is problematic on two fronts:
